Back office publication journey leveraging tips/ideas from experts (2023/4)
What's worked for Carer Mentor: Empathy and Inspiration.
Dear readers, There are tips, learnings and ideas I used to build the Carer Mentor publication.
The format and structure of the website (aka Carer Mentor Substack desktop version) have evolved several times.
Today, it houses more than 215 interlinked articles.
It’s satisfying to see iCARE Stack running with meaningful dynamic anthologies that will continue to grow.
I researched what others were doing to develop and implement each new format and structure of the Carer Mentor website. Hence, this directory of experts:
I documented essential learnings and insights in 3 articles.
These three articles from January 2024 to March 2024 were a rolling list of tips, ideas, and insights I discovered.
Please note that some links to articles may have changed or been removed by the destination author.
Back-Office Operations Support/ Signposting. Navigating Substack: 'What helped me...' Part 1: First 3 months.
I learnt a lot in the first three months on Substack (October 2023 to January 2024). This article still holds valuable tips, but some links to other publications/writers are now broken. Scrolling through the list is worthwhile if you're new to Substack publishing. If you have a question, leave a comment, and I will respond/point you to an expert.
Back Office Operations Support/Signposting. "Intro to 'Notion'. What is it? Reflections on Purpose & Passion"
Dear Reader, This offers insights into Carer Mentor’s journey and how I try to keep things organised, referenced and accessible for future use.
2024 Back-Office Operations Support/Signposting Part 2.
I learnt a lot in the first three months on Substack (October 2023 to January 2024). This article still holds valuable tips, but some links to other publications/writers are now broken. This was written in March 2024. I’ve updated some of the functions. If you have any questions, comment and I’ll try to answer/signpost you to someone who may know the answer.
