🤣 I hear you, hon. This is why we need an advocate for the advocate ;-)
It's not kindness, it's self-preservation- I've no extra energy to waste. Unfortunately, this is why people/things/organisations 'can get away' with a lot of things...and why we need more advocates for us (caregivers & less able/with chronic disease). I was satisfied I'd at least said something.
One-liners escape us in-the-moment - SO frustrating. But then, there are SO many of these moments we're partly desensitised and just want it over with.
Maybe we need to set up a goto list of one-liners to have handy!
