I'm one of the "freaks" ๐Ÿ˜… who love reading about other people's organization and systems and processes so this was a brilliant read for me! Thank you. I moved to Substack months ago primarily to simplify my tech stack so I totally get it! I've also just started a simple spreadsheet for my readers who are also Substack publishers, like you! Like minds!

๐Ÿ˜‚ I started going a little insane in January because I couldn't remember where things were & who wrote what. You may like Tiago Forte's 'Building a Second Brain' for his CODE framework and PARA method - I took pieces but don't hold to all of his ideas. Flexibility and agility are my bywords, given the caregiving, similar to how Susan David recommends we treat our emotions.

This is super interesting! And very organized... I'll need to watch Sarah Fay's video on groups - something I've neglected a bit on my end. Thanks for sharing!

Welcome, Zan. I'm finding I need to evolve my site every 2.5/3months, as content grows. Unlike most folks, my site is a resource hub, so I'm trying to keep everything 'alive' from the homepage despite it being in 'Archive'. I'll probably only archive outdated factual news. - something to bear in mind, as your content is mainly 'evergreen' too, right?

๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks, Anna! Look at it this way - my organisation = Your research database or infinite resources hub.

You've not seen my knowledge database...Since, 2020 I've tried to get my head around a lot of things in addition to my own mentoring business ;-) I'm happy that the Network Directory is proving itself now. There's a cool little group of 'Sandwichers'!
