Thanks. It's not easy but over the years I've become better at meditation. I think when there have been so many crises in the dark times of caregiving I could only grab a couple of light sleep. So, I became better at silencing my mind to let fatigue overtake me..it's the same if I'm meditating awake. If there's too much mind-noise I use guided meditations...the views are great...unless they're obstructed by rain! Thanks for sharing your article - beautiful.
