What a remarkably generous post. I'm listening to Positive Comfort right now. With tears. Good tears as I cry for my dad who I cared for all of last year and he left us in September. I can't afford a paid subscription right now due to some personal circumstances but I want to thank you for this with a big heart. Music has become more important for me as I navigate my grief through tough days... always looking for the beauty. Many many thanks!
You're very welcome, Leanne. Even now, 'I didn't know my own strength,' sung by Andrea Faustini, makes me cry. It's marked many moments caring for each of my parents.
I haven't had the chance to reply properly to your beautiful post and tribute to your Dad and the love your parents shared. It's very moving.
I'll be adding more playlists under my profile vcinspire in Spotify, so if you follow me you'll find more music there.
Thanks for tagging me, you know how much music means to me, and meant to my late mother who I cared for through her dementia. Music connected us when language deserted her. I can’t wait to listen to your playlists. Wishing you the best in the new year Victoria!
Yes, the majority of the songs and especially classical pieces, hold a wealth of memories and stories between their notes; portals to comfort and a form of self-soothing.
Revisiting this post, love these playlists and have them saved on my Spotify!
Thanks, Chris. Music speaks when we can’t.
I’ll be heading back to my piano soon.

Such generous offerings, Victoria! And I’m with you on Nimrod — instant calm. 💙
Can't thank you enough, love the music! 💜
You're very welcome, Sherry. I hope they help this year.
I used the housework one to dance whilst changing the sheets today. Tried and tested to make it more fun! ;-)
Love this! Music is such a huge part of my life as well as my mental health and wellness.

I thought you'd like to listen to them, Amy. I hope these help your 2026 in some way. xoxo
Thank you, Victoria. I love discovering people’s playlists and sharing mine. It reminds me of the mixed tapes we used to give each other at school.
Me too, Francesca! Ahhh yeahhh and the 'what's the hidden meaning in all this'...
Boomboxes and BratPack days. ❤️
Thank you, Neural Foundry. Exactly.
