For those who feel questioned, judged or out of place. For the Carers I know who are frustrated and seeking answers for themselves and loved ones.
Am I in the dark, if I'm visible only to a few? Or are others afraid to see me? Am I to be pitied, if I feel whole? Or are others broken? Am I marginalised, if I'm connected and belong to myself? Or are others lost? Am I worth less, if I'm living my values? Or are others poor Am I unsuccessful, if I feel fulfilled and satisfied? Or are others failing Am I disruptive, if I'm curiously seeking answers Or are others avoiding the questions Am I a rebel, if I'm advocating for the care of others? Or are others blind to issues and needs? I am, who I am, who are you? You define you, not others. Choose carefully, and with heart, the you, You choose to see. Because only a few will see us, whole, connected and belonging to our values, fulfilled and satisfied, curiously seeking answers, advocating for the care of others.
