Resource: 'Musical therapy. What's your Anthem?'
Music translates our feelings and thoughts, without us talking.
This was my Anthem when I was going through some of the most challenging times as a Carer.
When I was walking to get groceries, or lying awake at night, I listened to this. There were other songs, but this is the one that resonated the most at that time.
Diane Warren wrote this song for Whitney Houston (2009 Album, I Look to You) (Duration: 3 minutes 21 seconds)
What’s your anthem? Leave me a comment below
Do you have a ‘go-to’ song or piece of music that comforts you, or helps you to vent, run, dance? When I could get out for a run, heavy beats or dance classics helped me drum out my worries.
I’ll make a playlist based on the responses and update it over time
What’s your Anthem song or music?
Can you give me the Spotify link or title and artist?
