Tools: Go-Bags for Hospital Emergencies
What to Include in a Patient's and Caregiver's Go-Bags.
Hello, Dear Reader! A special welcome to our new Carer Mentor community members!
I’m Victoria. You can read why I’m publishing Carer Mentor here: Who Started Carer Mentor and Why?
The number one most important recommendation I always give friends is to prepare a Go-Bag for your loved one and another for yourself.
The Caregiving Hacks & Tips article is a continually updated list of resources that contains key points for preparing these Go-Bags for an emergency hospital situation.
The Problem: The article is not as good as having a hard copy checklist. It’s easy for me to forget items, even after all these years of preparing these bags.
The Solution: I’ve prepared simple PDF Downloadables to print and use as Checklists.
The Patient’s Hospital Go-Bag Checklist
The Caregiver’s Go-Bag Checklist
A template form of Medical Information to keep in each Go Bag
So you can choose
Option 1: Read through The Caregiving Hacks and Tips
Option 2: Use the button to apply an 80% discount to an annual subscription and download the checklists below.
The PDFs are available beyond this paywall for all paid subscribers.
The 80% discount is available until September 30th, 2025.
I intend to offer more downloadable tools over the next year.
The idea moving forward:
I’ll continue to offer all subscribers full access to all the insights and information that Carer Mentor can provide via the website, including, for example, iCARE Stack and ComfortZone.
Subscribers will always be able to read and take away key points and learnings.
This new initiative converts my caregiver insights and experience into practical tools that you can download, print and use immediately.
WHY? At this time, I’m choosing not to write a book, self-publish on Amazon or establish a separate website with additional charges.
This is the easiest way for me to share practical tools with you, without needing a new payment system or placing undue production pressure on myself. After all, I’m still caregiving, mentoring and managing my small businesses.
While digital tools are helpful, a hard copy is often better for quick note-taking.
These tools will be updated biannually. A small teaser view:
This 80% discount brings an annual subscription close to the cost of a monthly subscription.
