Thanks for this generous sharing. I've saved all the videos to my watch list so I can easily turn to them when I've had enough of the "terrible news of the day"!

When I'm overwhelmed or exhausted, I love listening to Chopin's Norturne, or my list of favorite classicals. Instrumental classical music helps quiet my mind.

Absolutely agree! Also, Chopin’s Nocturne BFlatminor Op 9 no1 and Nocturne E Flat no9 Op 2 are my favourites.

Yes! Highly recommend finding a classical voice teacher and learning some arias! I became so aware of myself as an artist and an athlete when I was singing opera. The best teachers will reinforce that physical-artistic connection, too.

Also! Go to your local opera company and sit as close as you possibly can. Watch the way that singers approach breathing at the beginning and ends of phrases. It’s a whole new way of appreciating the many things going on at the opera.
